SHOTGUNS, WE GOT EM!

WARRANTY

SMTC stands behind every item we sell that is manufactured by SMTC. If a SMTC manufactured product fails due to a manufacturing or material defect of our part, and there is no evidence of the item having been altered or abused, we will repair or replace the item with the same item, free of charge for life for original purchasers only. To initiate the process, please contact SMTC to request a return address and authorization number, and then return the product (shipping is your responsibility). We will examine the item and inform you of our findings. If the item can be repaired, we will repair it free of charge. If the item cannot be repaired, we will replace it with the same item, free of charge.

However, if we test the part on our guns and the product performs as promised and intended, you own the part, and you will be responsible for covering the shipping charges if you would like the part returned to you.

Please note that we do not give a lifetime warranty on the finish of metal parts, as all metal parts wear over time, and the amount of wear varies depending on use. If the item needs to be replaced or repaired, the replacement part will be sent to you as soon as it can be repaired, or a replacement is available.

If a part made by another manufacturer has a warranty issue, please note that the warranty will be handled by the manufacturer.

All the items will be shipped after the verification and approval process is complete. All orders will be shipped after the funds are received from buyers financial institution. You will be notified via email in regards to your approval and shipment.

Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, exchanges for a different part, or issuance of store credit. Once a purchase is made, it cannot be returned.

RETURN POLICY

If you believe that a part does not fit properly, you must make a claim within 30 days of the date of purchase. Any claims made after 30 days have passed will be rejected and denied. We strongly encourage customers to promptly place purchased parts on their guns upon receipt to discover any issues with fit immediately. Any issues should be reported to us as soon as possible following purchase and receipt of goods.

Please be aware that if we cannot duplicate the problem of the part not fitting properly, the return will be rejected. If you wish to have the item returned to you in this scenario, you will be responsible for covering the shipping charges with the USPS Priority Mail service.

To ship items to SMTC, authorization must first be obtained, and an authorization number must be clearly printed on the front of all packages. Packages without the authorization number will be rejected at the postal counter.

If you are shipping an item valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please note that we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. In the event that we do not receive the item, or we receive it in a damaged condition (even if the damage was caused by the postal service), we are not responsible for such damage, and the item will be returned to you at your own cost.

AMMUNITION PURCHASES
You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations.
